News from the Norwegian championship held at SummerNats, Gardermoen last weekend:
Svein Olav Rolfstad once again is the norwegian champion in SuperTwin Topfuel.
He won the final vith a solorun with a clean 7.100sek/307.68kmh
2nd place for last years champ,Trond Hoiberget - who set a new personal best this weekend with a very nice 6.897sek/328,77kmh - which made him #1 qualifier.
This years rookie in STTF is 22 year old Jan Sturla Hegre.
He made his UEM-debut last weekend at SantPod - and this weekend he made an impressing 7,055sek/296.30kmh - which placed him at 2nd qualifier. He had a minor accident at the shut-down area where his bike ended in the secutiy-net. He stayed overnight at the local hospital, but was back in the eliminations on sunday, to end up at 3rd place.
Vidar Ravnsborg is #4, and Hans Olav Olstad #5.
